Style External Links With CSS Substring Selectors

Many sites like to show their users whether the link they are about to take goes to an external site or not. This is quite a good usability measure in that users know that they will be leaving the current domain and can decide whether or not to open the link in a new tab/window etc. It can also help the less savvy user make sense of the sudden site style change.
